If you have SmartQ T7-3G (with 3G support), you can turn your android tablet into 3G Modem!
First, go to android market in your tablet, and search for Proxoid app, and install it. Run the app and select start proxoid. Then Connect your tablet with laptop/PC using USB cable. This requires you that your SmartQ T7 already able to ADB it (mean connect it). And when you go to platform-tools folder of your Android SDK extracted in command prompt, and when you type "ADB Devices" it will list your device serial number.
So at this point, your Android tablet should be able to connect to laptop, if you still haven't done this step, you can read at previous post on how to root it. Then after coming to this poin, create a batch file by right clicking inside folder Platform-Tools, click New, Text Document. Inside it type
@echo off
adb.exe forward tcp:8080 tcp:8080
echo "Tunnel started."
pause
Save it as Start-Tunnel.bat. Make sure your tablet is connected, then double click Start-Tunnel.bat file. Do not close the window yet.Remember to dial 3G in your tablet and make sure your tablet can browse website first (means has internet connection).
In the browser (FF or IE), change the configuration to use proxy 127.0.0.1 port 8080. Now your browser in PC/Laptop should be able to browse things. It is the easier way to share internet connection, you can now box away your 3G modem and uses SmartQ T7 as modem (I don't know the 3G modem in SmartQ T7 is in what speed! So if your internet become slow it means that SmartQ T7 has lower modem speed than your 3G Modem). You can browse in SmartQ T7 and also in laptop, if you want to go out, just grab your tablet and you are on mobile internet, without having to remove SIM card from modem and put it in SmartQ T7.
Next I am researching on how to turn it into Wifi hotspot so without cable!
